Environment
Helping the environment is everyone’s responsibility. To learn about protecting the environment and about how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, listen to the City’s “Green Report” which is broadcast on 91.3 FM CJTR Mondays at noon and repeated Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m.
You can also reduce your environmental footprint by participating in the City's recycling programs for paper, Christmas trees and white metals like tin.
As well, the Saskatchewan Waste Reduction Council
publishes a list every week of Regina companies that will accept and recycle common household goods like paint, plastic and batteries.
